Questions About Party Event Hire

When you’ve been providing Jumping Castles for your events for over 20 years, we like to think we have a good idea about what works and what you might want to consider for your big day.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions.

HIRE TIME: Standard time is 4 hours

AGES: Our Party Favourite Jumping Castles are suitable for children up to age 12. Slides and Adult Castles are suitable for all ages.

SUN PROTECTION: The majority of our castles have sun protection covers.

INSURANCE: We are covered by $10m Public Liability Insurance and our operators are fully trained.

SURFACE: Please notify us if the castle will be used on a hard surface (such as concrete or bitumen) as this may require the use of different anchoring equipment.

POWER: Access to a standard household 240V power socket is required. A generator can be supplied at an extra cost.

PRICING: From $220. We have a range of options available depending on the castle, length of hire, level of supervision and type of event. Contact us for a full quote.

DO WE TRAVEL: Yes, we regularly travel as far West as Port Lincoln, North as Kimba and East as Clare. Please get in touch for a quote for us to travel to you.

PUBLIC EVENT: Parties held in a park or public building may require council or owner permits. Any castle at a public event (including parks and corporate functions) MUST be supervised.

DAMAGE: The party host may be held liable for any repairs or specialist cleaning required, caused by the reckless behavior of their guests.
